Swing Check Valve

Swing check valve, also known as a non-return valve or check valve, is designed to prevent the backflow of medium in a pipeline. The valve’s opening and closing are driven by the flow of the medium itself, which prevents backflow.

Check valves are automatic valves primarily used in pipelines where the medium flows in one direction only, allowing the medium to flow in only one direction to prevent accidents. These valves are generally installed horizontally in pipelines.

This check vakve is mainly composed of three main parts: valve body, valve cover and valve flap. The rubber flap is made of steel plate as pressure-bearing part and reinforced nylon cloth as substrate. The outer layer is made of hot vulcanized integral rubber coating technology.

The valve seat adopts ceramic spraying process to extend the life of the valve. The valve adopts full flow area design, with small head loss, not easy to accumulate debris, and easy maintenance. The valve is mainly suitable for water supply and drainage systems. Due to the small closing stroke, the valve can reach full opening with a stroke angle of only 35° and a fast closing speed.
